1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from or using planner.tendto.ai (the “Site”), operated by Thoughtful Labs, LLC (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any products.

2. Products & Delivery

We sell downloadable digital products (PDF planners, fillable templates, emergency info cards). All products are delivered electronically via email and/or download link immediately after purchase.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive your download, contact [email protected] and we will re-send it.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

4. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is delivered immediately and that you waive any right to a refund.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact [email protected] and we will work to resolve it.

5. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and print the purchased files for personal use.
• Print unlimited copies for yourself and your immediate family.
• Use the emergency info cards for the care recipients you manage.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly or commercially.
• Upload the files to file-sharing sites or platforms.
• Claim the designs as your own or create derivative products for sale.
• Use the files in any commercial caregiving business without a separate commercial license (contact us for inquiries).

6. Emergency Info Card Generator

The Emergency Info Card generator is a tool to help you organize medical information. It is not a medical device, medical record system, or substitute for professional medical advice.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or outdated information on your generated cards.

Your form data is stored on our servers to enable editing via your magic link. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the planner templates will meet your specific caregiving requirements.

Our products are organizational tools, not medical or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thoughtful Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including designs, templates, copy, and code — is the property of Thoughtful Labs, LLC and is protected by copyright law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
