• Email address — provided at checkout to deliver your purchase and send your download link.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or billing address.
• Emergency card form data — if you use our Emergency Info Card generator, the personal and medical information you enter is stored on our servers so you can return and edit it via your magic link. This data is associated with your order token, not your identity.

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver your purchased digital products via email.
• To generate and store your emergency info card data so you can access and update it later.
• To send transactional emails related to your purchase (download links, order confirmations).
• We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate:

• Resend — transactional email delivery.

These services only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function.

Emergency Card Data & Medical Information

We understand that emergency card data may include sensitive medical information (medications, allergies, conditions). We take this seriously:

• Your data is stored locally on our server and is accessible only via your unique, private magic link.
• We do not analyze, mine, or use your medical data for any purpose other than generating your emergency cards.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. We may use essential cookies required for checkout functionality.

Data Retention

Order records are retained for accounting and tax purposes. Emergency card data is retained indefinitely so your magic link continues to work. You may request deletion at any time.
